One of the standout features was how close I was to amazing attractions like Carowinds, less than a 15-minute walk away, making it super easy to explore without hassle. plus, I really appreciated the safe and clean environment, which made my solo adventure enjoyable and relaxing.

The complimentary breakfast was extensive and suited our daughter's early schedule. The cleanliness of the guest laundry facilities exceeded my expectations, making laundry tasks easy during our stay.

However, the room could use a bit more attention to detail.

I had a fantastic time at Springhill Suites Charlotte At Carowinds. The location was perfect for our trip to Carowinds, super close to the park, making it easy to come and go. The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent variety, good for fueling up before a day out. However, we returned one evening to find our room hadn’t been cleaned at all during our two-night stay. I had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper and towels, which was frustrating. It would’ve been nice to have daily housekeeping. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the service could definitely improve in terms of room cleanliness and communication about housekeeping policies.
